Verwaltung der Compliance-Dokumentation
Unterstützung bei internen Audits und Reviews
Nachverfolgung von Feststellungen und Maßnahmen
Unterstützung bei Behördenaudits
Erstellung von Berichten und Kennzahlen

Das bringst du mit

Kaufmännische oder luftfahrtbezogene Ausbildung
Erfahrung im Luftfahrtumfeld von Vorteil
Grundkenntnisse der EASA-Regularien wünschenswert
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Genauigkeit
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What to expect

The Administrator Operational Compliance Monitoring supports the Compliance Monitoring function by providing administrative, coordination and documentation support to ensure effective oversight of operational compliance in accordance with EASA Air OPS (Regulation (EU) No 965/2012), Part-ORO, Part-CAMO, and internal company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and administer the Compliance Monitoring documentation system
- Support preparation, distribution, and archiving of audit plans and reports
- Track audit findings, observations, and corrective actions
- Monitor deadlines and escalate overdue actions
- Support preparation for authority and external audits
- Prepare compliance statistics, KPIs, and management reports

Your profile

Qualifications & Experience:
- Administrative or aviation-related education
- Experience in aviation environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of EASA regulations advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Robust English proficiency
