Ihre Aufgaben

Überwachung der fortdauernden Lufttüchtigkeit aller von German Airways betriebenen Luftfahrzeugen und der Funktionsfähigkeit der gesamten Betriebs- und Notfallausrüstung
Einhaltungen der Bestimmungen von EASA Part-M / Part-CAMO und den Anforderungen der Nationalen Luftfahrtbehörde (LBA)
Beauftragung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen auf Grundlage der genehmigten Instandhaltungsprogramme
Vorbereitung von nicht-routinemäßigen Wartungsereignissen
Zusammenarbeit mit dem beauftragten Part-145 AMO, der Flight-Operations-Abteilung, dem internen CAMO-Koordinationspersonal und anderen relevanten externen
Bewertung von AD, LTA, SB und technischen Informationen der TC- und STC-holder sowie Behörden
Einarbeitung der durchgeführten Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen in der Maintenance Management Software
Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Risikobewertungen
Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Führung aller technischen Aufzeichnungen und Unterlagen
Unterstützung der Lufttüchtigkeitsprüfung zur Erteilung eines Lufttüchtigkeitszeugnisses

Ihr Profil

Technischer Hochschulabschluss oder eine Qualifikation als Flugzeugtechniker (Teil-66 CAT B) mit Zusatzausbildung.
Erfahrung im Zusammenhang mit der Aufrechterhaltung der Lufttüchtigkeit und luftfahrtspezifischen Regularien
Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von Sicherheitsstandards in der Luftfahrt
Kenntnisse in der Durchführung von Risikobewertungen
Umfassende Kenntnisse über einschlägige EU-Betriebs- und Instandhaltungsvorschriften und damit verbundene Anforderungen und Verfahren
Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung gem. §7 LuftSiG oder die Voraussetzung zur Erlangung
Erfahrung in der Anwendung einer Maintenance Management Software, vorzugweise GANNET
Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift

Your mission

Monitoring the continued airworthiness of all aircraft operated by German Airways and the functionality of all operational and emergency equipment
Compliance with the provisions of EASA Part-M / Part-CAMO and the requirements of the National Aviation Authority (LBA)
Assignment of maintenance measures on the basis of the approved maintenance programmes
Preparation resulting from non-routine maintenance events
Liaise with the assigned Part-145 AMO, Flight Operations department, internal CAMO coordination personnel and other relevant external entities on matters related to airworthiness, applicable regulations, airworthiness management procedures and/or CAME
Evaluation of AD, LTA, SB and technical information from TC and STC holders and authorities
Incorporating the maintenance measures carried out into the maintenance management software
Carrying out fault analyses
Ensuring the proper organisation of all technical records and documents
Supporting the airworthiness review process for the issue of an airworthiness certificate

Your profile

Technical degree or qualification as an aircraft technician (Part-66 CAT B) with additional training.
Desirable Knowledge and experience in connection with continuing airworthiness and aviation-specific regulations
Proven Knowledge, experience and application of aviation safety standards
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant EU operating and maintenance regulations and associated requirements and procedures
Clean criminal record
Fluency in written and spoken German and English
