Ihre Aufgaben

Erstellung und Analyse von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresberichten
Entwicklung und Überwachung von Budgets für einzelne Gesellschaften und die gesamte Unternehmensgruppe
Analyse der finanziellen Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) und Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Forecasts und Budgets
Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen und -Systemen
Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Auswertungen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Buchhaltung und Management

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen
Kenntnisse in DATEV und/oder SAP erforderlich
Kenntnisse in LucaNet sind von Vorteil
Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Zahlenverständnis

Your mission

Preparing and analysing monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Development and monitoring of budgets for individual companies and the entire group of companies
Analysing the financial key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing recommendations for action.
Support in the preparation of forecasts and budgets
Further development of controlling processes and systems
Creation of ad hoc evaluations and profitability analyses
Close cooperation with accounting and management

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in business administration or comparable qualification
Professional experience in controlling, ideally in a medium-sized company
Knowledge of Datev and/or SAP required
Knowledge of LucaNet is an advantage
Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and a good understanding of numbers
