Wartung und Support von Hardware und Software
Vor-Ort-Support für IT-Arbeitsplätze
Mitarbeit in IT-Teilprojekten zur Weiterentwicklung unserer technischen Infrastruktur

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Enterprise Deployment Lösungen, insbesondere MS Office 365, Azure Virtual Desktop und SharePoint
Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Teams, Betriebssystem- und Patch-Deployment (MS Windows)
Service- und Supporterfahrung für Endanwender
Projektmanagement-Erfahrung
Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Airline-Business und in Airline-spezifischen IT-Systemen
Zusätzliche Kenntnisse in iPadOS und Linux sind von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your mission

Hardware and software maintenance and support
On-site support for IT workstations
Collaboration in IT sub-projects for the further development of our technical infrastructure

Your profile

Completed training in the IT sector or comparable professional experience
Experience in dealing with enterprise deployment solutions, especially MS Office 365, Azure Virtual Desktop and SharePoint
Sound knowledge of MS Teams, operating system and patch deployment (MS Windows)
Service and support experience for end users
Project management experience
Ideally knowledge of the airline business and airline-specific IT systems
Additional knowledge of iPadOS and Linux is an advantage
Very good German language skills (C1) and good written and spoken English skills
