- At least 5 years of professional experience in civil aircraft maintenance or
- 3 years of professional experience with technical training (not aircraft-specific) or
- 2 years of professional experience and completed basic training Part-147
- valid EASA PART66 AML CAT B1
- Type training on the ERJ-190 (ATA 104 Level III) from a Part-147 certified training organisation
- Problem-solving orientated work and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure and a strong service orientation
- Quality awareness and a high level of safety awareness
- Fluent German and good English skills
- High willingness to travel and flexibility
